Getting Started with Airtable
Firstly, make sure you have the necessary permissions to edit. If you've created the base, you automatically have editing rights. Otherwise, check with the base creator.
Editing Text and Numbers
To edit any text or number:
- Click on the cell you want to edit.
- Input the new text or number.
- Press
Enter
or click outside the cell to save your changes.
Adding and Editing Attachments
- Click the cell under an attachment field.
- Click the '+' icon or drag and drop your file into the cell.
- To replace an attachment, delete the existing one first, then add a new file.
Managing Records
To add a new record:
