- Add any additional details required, like tax rates, terms, or custom messages.
- Depending on your needs, you can add another step to your Zap to, for example, send the invoice via email. Just choose your email app and craft the message that will go with the invoice.
Step 4: Test and Activate Your Zap
- Once everything is set up, test the Zap to make sure it's working as expected.
- If the test is successful, you can turn on the Zap. Now, every time the trigger event occurs, an invoice will be generated automatically.
