Your choice and the scope of consent
Electronic signing is optional. If you consent, you agree to receive and sign this document and its completion record electronically for this transaction only. This does not enroll you in electronic delivery for unrelated documents or future transactions. You can choose paper instead by contacting the sender before signing. Choosing paper may take longer to complete the transaction.
Paper copies and fees
You may save or print this document before signing and download the completed PDF after all parties finish. Contact the sender using the address shown on the signing page to request a paper copy or arrange paper signing. Switch Labs does not charge signers to download or print records or withdraw consent. Ask the sender about any separate paper-copy or delivery charge before consenting; do not sign until any such charge has been disclosed to you.
Withdrawing consent and updating your contact details
Before you select Finish Signing, you can withdraw by choosing Decline on the signing page and stating that you want paper signing, or by contacting the sender. After signing, contact the sender to withdraw consent for any records in this transaction that have not yet been delivered. Withdrawal does not undo a signature or an electronic record already provided. Contact the sender to correct your email address or other contact details. If you cannot reach the sender, contact support@switchlabs.dev and identify the document without emailing sensitive document contents.
What you need to read and keep your records
Use an internet-connected computer, tablet or phone with a current Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari browser, JavaScript and cookies enabled, and access to the email address used for this transaction. You need a PDF reader or a browser that opens PDFs, and sufficient storage to save a copy or a connected printer to print it. Before consenting, open the PDF on this page and confirm you can read it and save or print a copy. Do not consent if you cannot do so. If requirements change in a way that could prevent access to later records in this transaction, renewed consent is required before those records are delivered electronically.
Your signature and the record we keep
By checking the consent box and selecting Finish Signing, you confirm you can access and retain the PDF, accept this disclosure, and intend your electronic signature or approval to have the same effect as your handwritten signature or approval. We record the disclosure version, acceptance time, document identifier, IP address, browser information and the authentication method used. An access code proves knowledge of the code; it is not government identity verification. Keep your signing link and any access code private.
The sender is responsible for deciding whether electronic signing is appropriate for this transaction and providing any required transaction-specific disclosures.
