Know what happens to your fax
The preview approximates the black and white output. A transmission receipt confirms delivery to the destination fax system. It does not confirm that someone read or accepted the document.
Incomplete faxes are not charged. You choose whether to retry because the recipient may already have some pages. Documents are retained for 30 days after completion; receipts stay available longer.
One-time sending numbers cannot receive fax replies. Add your reply phone number or email to the cover sheet.
