Host setup checklist
Use this before the first Guestpass trip for a connected carsharing vehicle.
Confirm the vehicle has Smartcar/OEM, Uconnect, Linka, or supported hardware access configured in Levy Fleets.
Confirm lock/unlock permissions and provider credentials before creating the trip pass.
Prepare a physical key or fob fallback in an RF pouch or approved lockbox workflow.
Enter the guest phone and trip window exactly as the rental workflow expects.
Do not mark ID verified until marketplace or direct-rental verification is complete.
Send the fresh guest link by SMS or email and keep the audit log available for support.
Rotate the link if the guest phone changes or the link is exposed.
