Switch Labs LC ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Bulk Gmail PDF Downloader & Exporter Chrome extension (the "Extension").

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Gmail Data

The Extension accesses your Gmail account to retrieve email attachments in PDF format. Specifically, we access:

• Email metadata (sender, subject, date)
• PDF attachments from selected emails or threads
• Email thread information for organizing downloads

1.2 Usage Information

We may collect limited usage statistics to improve the Extension, including:

• Number of PDFs downloaded
• Extension version information
• Error logs (without personal data)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Provide the core functionality of downloading and organizing PDF attachments from your Gmail
• Improve and optimize the Extension's performance
• Debug and fix technical issues
• Provide customer support when requested

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Local Processing

All PDF downloads and processing occur locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or transmit your Gmail data or PDF attachments to our servers or any third-party servers.

3.2 Authentication

Authentication with Gmail uses Relay's Google OAuth 2.0 connection. Relay securely retains the refresh credential and connected Gmail address; the Extension receives only a short-lived access token. We never receive or have access to your Gmail password.

3.3 Data Retention

We do not retain any of your Gmail data, email content, or PDF attachments. Those files are processed locally and stored only on your device. Relay retains the Gmail authorization credential until you delete the connected Gmail integration in Relay or revoke Switch Labs/Relay from your Google Account permissions.

ThreadPDF's disconnect action clears the Extension's short-lived local token and opens Relay's Gmail integration controls at crm.switchlabs.dev/dashboard/integrations. Deleting a Gmail integration there stops ThreadPDF and any other Relay Gmail modules that share the same Google authorization. Revoking access in your Google Account also stops future Gmail API access, but it does not by itself delete records already stored in Relay for another enabled module.

4. Third-Party Services

The Extension interacts with the following third-party services:

• Google Gmail API: For accessing your Gmail account and retrieving email data and attachments
• Relay: For account authentication and secure management of the shared Google OAuth credential used by enabled Relay Gmail modules

These services are governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not share your Gmail data or downloaded PDFs with anyone. We may disclose information only in the following circumstances:

• When required by law or to comply with legal processes
• To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others
• With your explicit consent

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access Control: You can revoke the Extension's access to your Gmail account at any time through your Google Account permissions
• Uninstall: You can remove the Extension at any time through your browser's extension management interface
• Data Deletion: Since all data is processed locally, uninstalling the Extension will remove all associated data from your device

7. Children's Privacy

The Extension is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

8. International Data Transfers

Since all data processing occurs locally on your device, there are no international data transfers to our servers. However, Google's services may involve data transfers as described in their privacy policy.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

10. Google API Services User Data Policy

The Extension's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, we:

• Only request the minimum permissions necessary to provide the Extension's functionality
• Do not use Gmail data for serving advertisements
• Do not allow humans to read your data unless explicitly permitted by you for support purposes
• Do not transfer your data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service
